AAAAHHHHH!!! I can't believe it! WE BOUGHT A HOUSE!!!
This is something I've wanted to do for a very long time, and it just never seemed like the right time financially. My boyfriend and I were planning on waiting a year or two before we tried to buy, but sometimes, when things fall into place you just have to act!
We started off browsing listings and checking out various neighborhoods and it didn't take long for us to find a fabulous house in our price range! We're having it built so it should be ready in 5-6 months. I'm so excited!!! It's a 4BR, 4 Ba. with bonus rooms for our hobbies AND we got a really nice lot that backs up to a pond. I'm sure our puppy will LOVE that! Next we get to pick out all of our interior/exterior colors! :)
