#65 Eat Breakfast Everyday for a Month
I've never been one to eat breakfast in the mornings, so I really wanted to challenge myself to pick up a good habit like this one. It's been a whole month now of eating breakfast EVERY DAY, and I think it'll be something that I continue. My favorite non-weekend breakfast: Yoplait fruit yogurt with wheat chex added for crunch YUM!
